Warmed up for a mile then 25 minute tempo run at 90% of max heartrate. Cooled down for about 4-5 minutes and then did 4X400m repeats hard.
My knee was bugging me earlier in the day and my chiropractor threatened to stick me with needles. Next thing I know, there's 5 sticking out of my knee and I felt like something out of the movie Hellraiser. Made me sit there like a pin cushion for 15 minutes. Darnest thing it worked and I hard a great speed workout. Nice work Todd! |
