medium run...was feeling tired and not too energetic trough the run but it was a really nice day outside. Total time around 48 minutes.
Had my best training week so far-
240 minutes biking- 70.62 miles/113 km
187 minutes running- 25.54 miles/40.86km
150 minutes swimming- 6000 yards
Total 577 minutes/9 hours 37 minutes. Considering there were some good quality workouts in each discipline with a strong race on Sunday, I'm very happy.
