Note to self: not a good idea to try a tempo run after 2 days of drinking, eating and shooters..... Tried a 3.1 mile tempo run with a 1 mile warmup/cool down. First 1.5 mile was good then utterly painful. Tried to bear through it. Was a little under 20 minutes. Max heart rate wasn't that high- just my system was feeling horrible.......Happy Belated Easter All! |
