Before my recent career change, I use to be a chef and a Patissier! Needed the running to keep my weight down! lol

Quite a workout today! 10 minute warmup, 5 minute intervals increasing the elevation 2% up to 6%, then 5 minutes to decline, 5 minute tempo at level.....25min of hard tempo hill running!

The did 3X1 minute farlek at 5:45 mile pace....10 minute cool down

Felt tired and legs felt a little trashed so took it easy. Nice easy pace on an ellyptical trainer for 4 miles in 32 minutes plus did some weights and sit ups.
