Decided to give my knee an extra day off. Was going to do a race tomorrow but letting my leg get back to 100% is more important to doing a good 1/2 marathon in October. Went to the gym and hopped into the pool again. easy 15 minutes to warm up and then did 120meter intervals to get my heart rate up (arounf 2-2 1/4 minutes per interval) with a minute of recovery. Did this for 35 minutes and and did 10 minute cool down.
