Wasn't much of a workout today. Took it really easy as my knee was still sore. Went on a rowing machine for 15minutes and on a stationary bike for 15 minutes. I don't think my heartrate made it above 110 BPM. Did weights for 45 minutes and called it a day. Hopefully by taking it easy now I will be back into the swing of things later this week.

way to be smart and decide to take it easier so you can get back to your strong workouts later this week.

Thanks Camille..its always easier said than done. Basic runner mentality is to push through the pain. It can really drive me up the wall taking it easy when an injury comes along.

I totally understand that. ACtually, I fractured my pelvis in November, and my doctor told me I shouldn't be running until it is completely healed, but I haven't listened to him as closely as I should have. It's hard to stop running. It's been a little bit of a blessing that I haven't been able to run too much this week, because when I ran yesterday, it wasn't too comfortable.
