Decided to try a 3 mile run on the treadmill. Started out easy- brisk walking pace and eventually had it at 8:30 mile. Everything felt good, except for a little IT band tightness. Went on the stationary bike and rode it for 20 minutes to get a little more cardio in. No real time off this week except for reduced long run mileage. I'll likely take it easy tomorrow- some biking and weights. Sunday look at doing a split long run- 45 minutes on the treadmill and 45 minutes on an elyptical trainer. See how my legs feel at teh end of the weekend. |
